Jason launched his career with New York Life as an agent in the Kalamazoo area in 2008 after working in the mortgage industry for 11 years. In 2010 he transitioned to Partner, a role which entails hiring, coaching and developing new agents and management. In 2018 he was promoted to Senior Partner in the Michigan General Office. In May of 2020 he was promoted to Managing Partner of The Greater Detroit General Office. He presently works with the great team throughout Detroit and its surrounding areas.

Three-time recipient of the Leading Partner and Partner of the Year awards, he and his team have consistently ranked Top 50 in the company. Jason has been heavily involved in his local community as a member of Business Network International, The Chamber of Commerce and Freemasonry. Raised in the Columbus, OH area, he now resides in Canton, MI with his wife Abby and his two daughters.

Shelley began her career with New York Life in 2008 in the Boston General Office as an Office Coordinator.  She accepted the position as Operations Manager in the Greater Detroit General Office in 2013.  Prior to that, she worked for various insurance companies as a manager in the New Business, Claims and Policy Owner Service areas.  She has an Associate’s Degree in Business from Northern Maine Technical College.  Throughout her 30 year career, Shelley has earned insurance industry designations of FLMI, ACS, ARA, AIAA, AIRC, ASRI, ALHC and HIA.  Shelley and her husband Michael currently reside in the Greater Detroit area.

Linda began her career with New York Life in the Huntsville General Office as an agent. She earned her FINRA Series 6 & 63 registrations and continued her career as a Financial Professional for 7 years.  Fueled with the desire to help people and the love of teaching she accepted the offer into Management and in June 2014 moved to Michigan to join the Greater Detroit general office as the Sales Development Manager.

Prior to joining New York Life she pursued her love of biology and nutrition graduating from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition. She was accepted into a 15 month internship in Salt Lake City, Utah and upon graduation qualified to take the National RD exam.

She enjoyed a career as a Registered Dietitian for 30 years specializing in trauma and working in critical care units around the United States, finally joining ARAMARK Corporation where she held a corporate management position for 10 years finishing out her dietetic career.

In her spare time she loves gardening, partly to watch flowers and vegetables grow and partly to share the harvest with friends.  She currently resides in Berkley, MI with her dog Oliver and cat Grace Marie.

Bill started his career in Financial Services 27 years ago. After earning multiple sales awards in the financial service industry, Bill joined New York Life in March 2019 as a Partner. Bill is married to Lori of 26 years and has two sons Billy (22) and Austin (19). Long Term resident of Orion Township, MI.

He received his bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance from Northwood University.

Eric is a Senior Associate, Director of Agency Standards and provides field operations and supervision support to the Michigan based field offices of New York Life. Eric was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan and has worked in finance for the past 7 years including roles in both supervision and wealth management. Eric is a graduate of Aquinas College with a focus in business administration. He is a veteran of the United States Army, including one tour of duty in Baghdad, Iraq. Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa, traveling the world, and working on his motorcycle.

As an Investment Consultant, Scott Tagliareni works closely with agents and clients in Michigan, Ohio and West Virginia, conducting training workshops for representatives, working with them on case development, investment concepts and assisting with client meetings.  Scott is passionate about financial planning and has a particular expertise in portfolio construction and retirement income strategies.

Scott has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years, starting his career at Smith Barney where he had responsibility for institutional bond trading, managed accounts and individual account management. Scott joined New York Life in 2005, working with the RIS Third Party Distribution team covering annuity investments within the Bank channel. He was promoted to an associate wholesaler and traveled extensively in the field. In 2009, Scott’s product responsibility was expanded to include both mutual funds and annuities while working with a mix of wire houses, independent and bank clients.

In 2010, Scott transitioned to the New York Life Agency channel working directly with the New York Life career agents, in both management and field roles. One of Scott’s core beliefs is that an advisor should be “client centric” and is someone that a client can rely on to guide them through all stages of their lives (not just parts). In his current role, he is able to incorporate this belief when assisting agents with their practices.

Scott and his wife, Brandy, live in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and have two young daughters. Originally from New Jersey, Scott is a fan of the New York Giants and the New York Rangers.

Pierce Roth began his career with New York Life in 2013 as an agent in the South Florida General Office.

He achieved Executive Council in 2015 and wrote over 50 paid cases per year. He was recruited to join the Life Sales Desk in 2016 as an Internal Life Product Consultant where he supported the Pacific and North East Zones.

In January 2018, Pierce was promoted to Manager of the Life Sales Desk for the Western Region and ran a team of 6 Internal Life Product Consultants and 2 Internal APG Consultants.

Since May 2019, Pierce was moved to the Virtual Consultant team, where he manages 13 General Offices and works with 700+ agents.

Since 2016, Reggie has been working to protect and grow wealth for his clients and their families. For the first few years of his career with New York Life, Reggie worked with young professionals, business owners and pre-retirees as a Life Insurance and Benefits Agent in Chattanooga, TN. 

Reggie transitioned to the Business Solutions Desk in 2020 as an Internal Consultant. He supports the South Central & West Central Zones. Since then, he has dedicated himself to training, educating and motivating our financial professionals. He has spent extensive time working with the top agents at NYL helping them bring their business to the next level.

Reginald Jean-Jacques designs solutions for the business clients of our top Council agents, finds sales opportunities within existing books of business and uses creativity and accountability to make sure goals are achieved.

Currently, Reggie is consulting agents on how to use Business Solutions as a client acquisition tool while helping them enhance their cross-selling capabilities.

Scott Landry, joined New York Life in 2017, as an agent in the Albany General Office. His practice was largely focused on working within the school community [Parent Teacher Associations, teachers, staff, and administrators] with the objective of educating and empowering his clients to make informed financial decisions.

In 2019 Scott transitioned to the role of Development Manager in Albany. During his time as DM, he worked closely with his Managing Partner to develop Virtual Wildwood Tours. These outings allowed members of the Wildwood Program [Adults with Cognitive Disabilities] to “travel” the world while actively engaging in the community this program created.

Scott joined the Life Sales Desk in January 2022. His passion lies in helping agents to grow their businesses by sharing creative solutions to help meet the financial objectives of their clients. In addition to developing creative solutions, Scott enjoys providing agents with the language to present these solutions to their clients and how to overcome client objections.

Scott and his wife are the proud parents of a UNC Tar Heel, a Siena Saint, and an Ohio State Buckeye.

Nicholas Park is the Senior Associate, Internal Investment Consultant for New York Life Insurance Company. He is truly grateful for the opportunities to work with clients and advisers across and throughout the organization.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California , Nick grew up to be a Dodger, Lakers, and UCLA Bruins fanatic.

Nick attended Franklin Pierce University where he majored in Marketing, Spanish, and earned his M.B.A. Nick has always been passionate about investments, starting his career in finance on the International Equities Floor of Cantor Fitzgerald in Beverly Hills, CA. After his journey with Cantor Fitzgerald, Nick began his financial practice with New York Life, working as a financial professional. He quickly grew to become an awarded adviser ultimately joining the Long-Term Care Elite, Annuity Elite, and Executive Council ranks, as well as, becoming a part of his office’s Advisory Council.

He soon was offered the opportunity, his current role, as an Investment Consultant. Nick now provides investment consulting for the North East and Central Regions.

Currently Nicholas resides in White Plains, New York with his wife, Casey and son Leo.

Jackie Beauregard joined New York Life in 2015 in the Greater South Carolina General Office, located in Charleston, South Carolina. She was a registered representative for 3 years with NYLIFE Securities. , After achieving council, she took the opportunity to become an internal life product consultant at the sales desk. Over the last three years as a consultant she has worked with several agents in the WC,SC, and NE Zone.

Jackie was born and raised in Western Massachusetts and relocated to Charleston SC to attend The College of Charleston, where she graduated with a degree from the School of Business, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Creative Writing.

While in Charleston, Jackie enjoyed volunteering with Susan G. Komen, a nonprofit organization that works to prevent and find a cure for Breast Cancer. Being an animal lover, she also spent time giving back to animal rescues and shelters in Charleston. She is looking forward to continuing her volunteer work in White Plains, NY.

In her spare time, Jackie enjoys traveling and photographing different places in the world. She has traveled Europe as well as parts of South East Asia, including Vietnam and Thailand.

During her time as a registered representative, Jackie achieved Career Life Summit, Life Producer Award, New Org Life FYC leader for 2017, and was an Executive Council Agent. Through her work with the local community, Jackie was able to be a consistent case rate writer and grew her business by 247% from 2016 to 2017.

Jack as a Partner has successfully hired, coached, and developed new agents in the financial services field for over 6 years.

Before his career in finance, he had experience in the accounting field and served in the US Marine Corps while in college. Jack is passionate about family and community. He currently resides in Harrison Township where he spends time with his wife Ashley and his 2 children Delilah and Luke.

Stephanie started with New York Life in November 2021. She currently supervises 4 staff members in the Greater Detroit G.O.. Prior to coming to New York Life, Stephanie had worked in the insurance world for a combined 25 years in claims, operations management and client support roles. She has an ALHC designation in claims from the International Claims Association, as well as ACS, ALMI, and ARIC from LOMA. Stephanie graduated from Ball State University with a B.S. in History and Political Science and Master of Arts in History. Stephanie lives in West Bloomfield, Michigan with her husband Robbie and their cat, Fozzy.

Valerie Constantino began her career in the insurance industry as agent with New York Life in the Pittsburgh Johnstown office in 2017. She qualified for Executive Council in 2018, earning top production status for New Org for 2 consecutive years as well as the 40 and 100 case initiatives. She earned Agent of the Month various times throughout her tenure as an agent as well.

In March of 2020, Constantino joined the Life Sales Desk in White Plains, New York as an Internal Life Sales Consultant. She is dedicated to working with New York Life agents to design creative financial solutions and help build their books of business through sound and effective planning strategies and identifying growth opportunities.

As a former teacher, Constantino enjoys taking the time to educate on different ideas and concepts used by top agents as well as helping agents drive business through training and motivation. Additionally, she has great ideas on how to overcome objections and help agents work with their clients to achieve the peace of mind that comes along with employing a solid financial plan.

Tricia started her career as a New York Life Agent in March of 2018 leaving the health insurance and hospitality industries behind. With New York Life she achieved Career Summit, followed by Executive Council for 3 consecutive years. She was named the 2020 New Org Agent of the Year and the 2020 New Org Life Case Rate Leader for the Greater Detroit Office. She recently accepted the Associate Partner Role where she can now help other agents grow their careers and be successful through coaching and mentoring.

Tricia is very passionate about giving back to her community. She is on the Board of Directors of New Hope Center for Grief Support and she is also a Board Member for Homes for Autism. Tricia is the Detroit Chapter President for the National Association of Women Sales Professionals and is very active in several Women’s Organizations and area Chambers of Commerce. She is a wife and mother of a son and a daughter that both recently graduated from Michigan State University.

Katie Rapp has been working in the insurance and financial services industry since 2002. In January 2005 Katie joined New York Life as an agent in the Columbus, Ohio General Office. During this time she was Rookie of the Year in 2005, New Org Agent of the Year in 2007 and a two-time Executive Council agent.

In March of 2008 she became the Development Manager of the Columbus GO and the Senior Development Manager in the Fall of 2015. During this time she had the opportunity to mentor and develop 20 DM’s in the South Central Zone. In March of 2020 Katie became a Life Product Consultant in the South Central Zone where she is focusing on helping top Council agents design solutions for their clients, while also finding sales opportunities in their existing books of business.

Katie grew up in Bay Village outside of Cleveland, Ohio and attended The Ohio State University. She lives in Dublin, Ohio with her husband Lance and two sons, Hayden and Owen. In her free time Katie enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading and working out.

Don Hart joined New York Life in 2014 as an agent in the Norfolk General Office. He was an Executive Council qualifier and learned the business under several experienced agents. His clients came primarily from building a network of young professionals and business owners.

In April 2018, Don joined the Life Consultant Team in the White Plains Sales Office. He loved to empower agents and help find the best solutions to complicated cases. His team was dedicated to finding the best solutions for clients.

In April 2020, Don joined the Life Product Consultant Team. The campaigns he works with agents include mining through books of business; placing larger cases using advanced sales concepts; and offering a holistic perspective on client solutions. Recently in April 2022, Don moved to the Variable Life Consulting Team empowering agents and clients on the power of equities and tax-advantaged dollars.

Since 2016, Daniel Acosta has been working to protect and grow wealth for clients and their families.

Prior to joining the Sales Desk as an Internal Product Consultant, Daniel worked as an Agent out of the New Orleans General Office. In his time there, he specialized in helping small business owners and young families with their personal and professional insurance needs.

Since beginning his tenure as an Internal Consultant in April of 2018, Daniel has shown his eagerness to assist agents integrate the suite of Extended Care Products, which include Secure Care/My Care/Select Premier (LTC), Asset Preserver/Asset Flex and Chronic Care Rider, into their clients’ financial plans.

Luke Robinson is a Corporate Vice President and Advanced Planning Consultant with New York Life Insurance Company, supporting agents as a member of the virtual team.

Luke came to New York Life with over 20 years’ experience in insurance, financial, and legal services. He spent several years serving as a consultant where he created sophisticated life insurance-based solutions for advanced estate planning, business succession, and retirement matters. During that time, he also gained substantial knowledge of life insurance product features, advanced insurance strategies, and tax considerations lending to his impressive skillset. Prior to that, Luke practiced law in the areas of estate and business planning, real estate, and probate.

Luke obtained his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota and a B.A. in History from the University of Minnesota. Luke has also earned the Chartered Life Underwriter^® designation, and he holds Series 7 and 66 FINRA registrations. Luke is admitted to the State Bar of Minnesota.
